Exhibitor Area and Equipment
Registered exhibitors are entitled a stand in the exhibition area outside the conference hall at the scheduled event. The size of the exhibition stand is normally 2m deep x 2 m wide. A larger space can be accommodated onindividual agreements, with associated costs exceeding the standard exhibitor space rate. Please note that there are no booths/walls, but open to the neighbor stands. The stands are divided with markings on the floor.
The following equipment is included in each exhibition stands: A table and 2 chairs. The organizerwill provide access to electricity, with one power point per exhibitor for charging PCs, TV screens, etc. Remember to bring an extension cord if needed. Contact the organizer if you need power for more power-intensive devices.

There is access to Wi-Fi.
Assembly/Dismantling
Exhibitors can set up at UiT on Tuesday, June 11th, between 16:00 – 18:00. The get-together starts at 19:00, and we wish for all the exhibitors to be fully set up by then. Dismantling on Friday, June 14th, after 12:30. It is not permitted to leave waste in the area.
Notice of Non-attendance
It is obligatory to notify in case of absence or late arrival.
Distribution of Information
Permission to distribute sales information will only be given after further agreement with the organizer’s representative.
Right to Profiling
All exhibitors, in connection with their participation, will have the opportunity to insert a company presentationa maximum of 100 words + logo on the conference website. This profile must adhere to a predetermined template provided by the organizers.
Lunch
Exhibitors are free to use the same catering provided to conference participants in all breaks except lunch. Regarding lunch, one representative from each exhibitor gets lunch included in the stand rent. If more people from the same stand participate in lunch, this must be covered by the exhibitor company. Notify the organizer’s representative in the morning, so the correct number can be given to the supplier.
Prices and Registration
The price is NOK 15 000, including 1 ticket to conference. Register as Exhibitor here
Responsibility
Storage of equipment at the stand is at your own risk and responsibility. Please contact the exhibitor coordinator if you need assistance with reception or storage of equipment.
Terms
Reserved exhibitor space is binding, billing is ongoing. In case of cancellation 30 days before the event, the full amount is invoiced.
